Understanding Nutrition

Participants will gain practical insights into how food impacts their overall well-being. Through guided activities, you will:

​

  • Create and maintain a personalized food tracker to monitor your eating habits.

  • Mentally examine the reasons behind your poor eating decisions: stress, the kids, work and learning how to manage that.

  • Learn to incorporate balanced, nourishing meals into your daily routines.

  • Closely follow monthly cycles to anticipate hormonal changes and really listen to what your body needs

This module is designed to help participants build a healthier relationship with food, improve their energy levels, and develop sustainable habits for a vibrant and balanced lifestyle.

Self Presentation

Mastering Effective Communication

​

Did you know people form a first impression of someone within just the first 7 seconds of  meeting them?

 

The Mastering Effective Communication module is designed to empower participants with the tools to express themselves with clarity and confidence. Through engaging activities, participants will:

​

  • Expand their vocabulary and learn new, impactful words.

  • Complete written and oral exercises to enhance their speaking confidence.

  • Strengthen the connection between their thoughts and how they communicate them effectively.​

​

This module helps participants articulate their ideas with poise and precision, equipping them to navigate personal and professional interactions with ease and confidence. Go get that promotion!

Non-Verbal Communication
